Office 365 

The workshop includes a presentation of available features and apps included in Office 365, based on known pressure points. An overview of how they can be utilized to create better project management, document flow, communication and knowledge sharing.


The following topics will be covered during the workshop:

  • Available apps, intended use and how they work together.
  • Answers to when and how you should use what apps. Which rules and guidelines can be implemented.
  • Is there a difference in how we work, when working individually, in teams or across the entire organisation?
  • How do we simplify our collected system landscape to create a better and faster overview?


The workshop can be tailored to specific and known problems, such as document version control and overall document handling. Part of this could also be looking into a need for a general communication platform. 

The outcome of the workshop is a detailed report, aimed at showing a path forward, based on the topics used in the workshop.
